He Is a new character for Scream 7 and he is his Generations Dewey Riley since he shares the same last name as Dewey Riley ( even though they have no relation) and he is Kirby Reeds Boyfriend and Partner in crime and he Shares a couple similarities with Dewey Riley Being that he is his Generations version of him and has a couple of bad ass moments for the movie
