He is Reprising his iconic role as Dewey Riley here and he is hospitalized and Left In a coma due to his injuries by ghostface instead similar to Elizabeth Lails Character Vanessa In the five nights at Freddys Movie so no he doesn't get killed by ghostface and therefore he is saved so we know him as the now ex-husband to Gale weathers and really good friends with both gale weathers and Sidney Prescott and older brother to Sidney Prescotts late best friend Tatum Riley and he is head of the Woodsboro Police department as the sheriff in the story
