Scout Force Five is a science fiction comedy radio drama (written and produced by Charles Madera) that follows the misadventures of a "less than sterling" crew aboard the SS Hazard. The series centers on a group of misfits working for the Galactic Mapping Agency (GMA). In reality, the GMA sends them on missions to the furthest, most dangerous reaches of space primarily to keep them away from headquarters due to their shared history of causing chaos and expensive accidents. The series is characterized by its fast-paced humor, absurd situations, and the crew's uncanny ability to survive disasters that are usually of their own making.
