Fan Casting Dr. Gerald Jenkins in Scooby-Doo! The New Generation

The "culprit" in a caper known as "Foul Play in Funland", Gerald Jenkins was one of the caretakers of the amusement park Funland on the coast not too far from Coolsville. An inventor on the side with a doctorate in robotics, Mr. Jenkins (aka Dr. Jenkins) had been able to work on a robot named Charlie, which his sister Sarah had made malfunction due to her fear of him being around children. Eventually, he would rebuild Charlie, over and over again, even taking Roberto "Wheels" Perez as his apprentice, offering the new Mystery Inc. an upgraded Charlie to act as a kind of "butler" to their headquarters.
