Fan Casting Scooby-Doo: Live Action Television Series

The year is 1995, the Mystery Inc. gang members are 16 years-old and in high school. The only ones that are friends are Shaggy and Fred. Shaggy was apart of a tragic event 5 years prior to the story. Where his sister is kidnapped and a month later found dead on the Rogers front porch. They soon believe that the same person is on a killing spree again and they want to stop him.
