the Mystery Gang have graduated high school and are looking to expand their business. They secure funding from the wealthy celebrity Simon Cowell, who suggests that the gang drop Shaggy and Scooby. Saddened, Shaggy and Scooby head to the bowling alley where they are attacked by small robots called Rottens, but are rescued by the Falcon Fury. Inside they are greeted by Dee Dee Skyes who introduces them to Dynomutt the Dog Wonder and Brian Crown - the son of the original Blue Falcon, who has retired.
