A stand-alone horror film with DC's scariest rogue Scarecrow. The idea is to have visionary director Panos Cosmatos (From "Mandy" and "The Viewing") bring to life the horrific sequences of fear-gas delusions using his mastery of body horror and visual madness spectacle. But as Cosmatos' works usually have a lot of spectacle and not much plot, it would be preferable to have the script be written by someone else who can bring character arches into the story.
