Spider-Man Cinematic Universe Phase 1
Flint Marco is struggling to find money to pay for his daughter's cancer treatment when he somehow ends up transforming into the Sandman. He uses his new abilities for his own personal gain until his daughter is threatened by Hydro-Man where Flint decides to use his powers to (occasionally) do good.
