Story Plot
Five hundred years ago, the dredded horrors of the Homunculus have been sealed by the legendary warrior Rikuo, But during the present the homunculus have been returned a young teenager Jamie Omenson discovers the Ecto spin belt and Becomes Masked Rider Neo in order to stop the homunculus from taking over earth and turning it into their image.
