Fan Casting S.T.A.R.S. (An Hour-Long Cop-Drama Prequel to the "Resident Evil" Series)

The year is 1998. In a mid-western mountain town in America called Raccoon City, an elite group of soldiers known as S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) are tasked with taking down urban crime and high-profile criminal activity, being led by Commander Albert Wesker. The team must put a stop to a hostage situation involving the Mayor of Raccoon City's daughter and a few high-ranking employees of the city's biggest benefactor, the pharmaceutical company Umbrella, Inc.
