In 1990s Romania, young Eric Van Helsing witnesses his parents' murder by monsters at a stone circle. Twenty-five years later, Eric is a battle-hardened monster hunter tracking Dracula across Europe. When he crosses paths with Catherine, a young woman enslaved by the immortal Countess Elizabeth Bathory—Dracula's granddaughter—he must forge an uneasy alliance with his sworn enemy to stop her. As Bathory's power grows, threatening to unleash an ancient evil, Eric and Dracula race to destroy her before she drains Dracula's power and becomes unstoppable. But victory comes at a devastating cost, and Eric must decide how far he'll go for revenge.
