Ted, a former cop now an underlying working under a crime boss, attends a meeting known as the Bird Cage on the boss' behalf under the alias, Bluejay, where he meets the most powerful elites of the underground. After the maid is murdered, is up to Ted to use his detective skills from former field of work to catch the culprit responsible.
