Oakleaf, a neko or cat-person, invites several people of various supernatural races to live with her. Drama and romance happen not long after, and things heat up when Keith, a demon and brother of one of the roommates, invites himself in as well. The second part of the story picks up five years later. Many of the original roommates have moved out, but Oakleaf and Ruby decide to invite several new people.
