"Rolling Thunder 3" follows the elite special agent Jay as he undertakes a high-stakes mission to thwart a powerful criminal organization known as Geldra. Set in the 1990s, the movie blends intense action sequences with a gripping narrative of betrayal, loyalty and redemption.
