Description of Alicia Vargas (Eddie’s Niece):
After her parents were killed by the Mutos in the 2014 San Francisco attack, Alicia Vargas studied her way through college to learn more about the titans. Several years later she would move to Mexico to stay with her uncle Eddie, who is stationed as a wing commander at Monarch Outpost 15. Alicia’s thesis on the Hollow Earth and it’s connection to the Lost City of El Dorado has gained the attention of Monarch’s chief mythologist, Elena Ramirez, who recruited her to help find the Lost City which might also be the home of the elusive Titan, Rodan.
