A vile and disturbed mass murderer who committed a notorious school shooting when he was only 19 years old. Having been in custody for five years, Cruz was sentenced to the death penalty, but he is selected by OCP to be subjected to an experiment when President Moraghan commissions a new soldier from them. Using a solution made from the Deathspore virus, the killer is transformed into a half-robot, half-monster murder machine.
