Rampant crime, oppressive police, and corrupt officials; this is Delta City. The year is 2076, OmniConsumer Products has taken over Detroit, rebuilding it into a radicalized megalopolis. A federal agency called "The Safeguard" arrives in Detroit to free it from OCP's wrath. There, the agency finds RoboCop, waking him up after being shut down for years. The cyborg super-cop must now work with the agency to restore justice in his city for good.
