In the 1960s, a teenager's parents go away on a summer job as he's sent to his uncle's place in the Cinque Terre region of Italy for the summer. Even though he's initially resistant, he soon meets someone his age that has a lot more in common with him than both of them think...and soon their fast-developing friendship becomes something more...
