Fan Casting Rise of the Prince of Crime (2004)

Gotham City, the underworld holds the city in its hand, with the Falcone family at the top, led by "The Roman", but times are about to change. As the first rumors of a "big bat beating on criminals" begin to swirl around the slums, a strange, clown-like criminal steps up to help the Falcone family run the town as henchman. Carmine decides to hire him, but the one he has just brought into his gang to his own projects, starting to hire very original criminals, in his genre, to form a small gang that will be fatal to the traditional mafia. All gangsters have their origin story, discover that of the worst of them : the Joker !
