When Pitch Black, the ancient spirit of fear, returns from the shadows, he threatens to erase the belief and wonder that protect childhood dreams. But they soon realise they need another Guardian: Jack Frost, a mischievous and mysterious spirit who has spent centuries alone, unseen and forgotten by the children he protects. As Pitch spreads nightmares across the world, Jack must discover the truth about his forgotten past and learn what it truly means to be a Guardian. As the Guardians battle Pitch's growing darkness, Jack's journey becomes the key to their survival. Forced to confront his deepest fears and the memories of the life he once lived, he begins to understand why he was chosen and what makes him unique. With the world's children losing their belief one by one, the Guardians must stand together for one final battle against Pitch, proving that hope, wonder, dreams, and belief can overcome even the darkest fear.
