Description of Trigger Snappy (Tech Skylander):

Trigger Happy's counterpart from the Miniverse, a version of Skylands where everything is smaller including the Skylanders. A hyperactive literal gremlin child with a tendency to get into trouble, though his teammates find him a bundle of fun. Implied to be a child, has a pitched + sped up version of Trigger Happy's voice in the original games but can have a different voice actor than him if so desired.
