Description of Cobra Cadabra (Magic Skylander):

Cobra Cadabra desired nothing more than to become a full-fledged magician, but was turned away from the guild he wished to study under—so, a powerful wizard took Cobra Cadabra under his wing despite the guild's wishes. And when the guild try to forcefully put his teachings to a stop, Cobra Cadabra harnessed his magic skills to drive them away, earning him a place in the Skylanders and the guild's approval. In the original games, he speaks with a medium-low range, elegant-sounding voice. Is South Asian coded in canon, so fancasted actors must be South Asian.
