A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Windshear (Deanna Barr):

The daughter of Jim and Susan Barr, Deanna was familiar with her parents' adventures as Bulletman and Bulletgirl, even if she chose a different path by joining the Air Force, becoming a skilled test pilot as part of the Windshear Project, which led her to meet Captain Marvel and Mary Marvel in what they assumed was a potential plane crash. Dating Billy as Cap for a while, eventually he and Deanna chose to remain friends. In a time when the Marvel Family was depowered by Chain Lightning, Deanna suited up with her mom's Gravity Regulator helmet to become Windshear. Now, Deanna still suits up as Windshear as need be, working in the USAF as well as at JSA Academy with her dad.
