Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Tobias Whale:

Power is something well known to Tobias Whale. Working his way up the rackets of the Metropolis branch of the criminal organization, the 100 (now the 1000), he headed it with a vengeance, especially when school teacher Jefferson Pierce spoke out against the 100, with Whale having one of Jeff's students, Earl Clifford, murdered, but creating Black Lightning. Now, Whale has left Metropolis after pressure from Intergang and resides in Gotham, hoping to take advantage of the power vacuum in its crime map... only to have a target now from the Batman family and others.
