Fan Casting Thunder in Return to the DC Universe

The oldest daughter of Jeff Pierce and his ex-wife Lynn Stewart, Anissa learned of her metahuman ability to manipulate her density at a young age, and knowing of her father's heroism as Black Lightning, she wanted to be a superhero too, but Jeff wanted her to pursue other paths. When she was old enough, Anissa designed her own costume and called herself Thunder, joining the Outsiders Nightwing and Arsenal formed, following in her father's shoes. Though she is now mostly working together with her girlfriend Grace, Thunder is ready to bring justice down with a boom.
