Fan Casting Tellus in Return to the DC Universe

Ganglios, better known as Tellus, hails from the ocean world of Hykraius, whose residents communicate through telepathy. He joined the Legion Academy to train to one day become a Legionnaire, where his telepathy helped save the day and joining the Legion. Though he needs a helmet to simulate liquid methane to survive off of Hykraius, Tellus's powerful telepathy is a valuable asset to his fellow Legionnaires in battle, and valuable in work with the Espionage Squad.
