Fan Casting T.O. Morrow in Return to the DC Universe

Originally from Poland, Thomas Oscar Morrow, born Tomek Ovadya Morah, moved to the United States with his parents, who dreamed of the future. Morrow would be motivated by his mother to this endeavor. Over time, Morrow would develop a computer capable of looking a century into the future, as well as a Fourth-Dimensional Grapple Beam to steal future tech, which he used in his criminal endeavors. An enemy to the JLA, Morrow has also had a hand in creating two of its members with Red Tornado and Tomorrow Woman along with Dr. Ivo.
