Hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Neil Cloudwalker is a descendant to Flying Stag, the original Super-Chief. What he didn't expect was to be gifted the Manitou Stone, the same item his ancestor and previously his cousin Jon Standing Bear, had used. Taking it with a great sense of responsibility, Neil became the new Super-Chief, fighting to protect his home of Green Bay as well as the rest of the country, meeting Superman while he had his travels across the country, which led him to recruit Neil into his new Supermen of America team.
