Character Description
The daughter of Vandal Savage and a Brazilian woman, even if she wouldn't meet her father for years, Scandal knew of her legacy and would eventually join her father for a time. But eventually, she would break off from Vandal, and eventually found a home in the Secret Six. There, she would find a father figure in Bane and a lover in Knockout, even if she would die then come back to her. Thought to be arrested with the rest of the Secret Six after Bane's betrayal, Scandal and Knockout escaped with help from Vandal Savage-- something of a "wedding gift" to Scandal for her marriage to Knockout and Liana Kerzner.
