Fan Casting Owlman in Return to the DC Universe

The grandson of the famed detective Roy Raymond, Sr., host of the TV series, "Roy Raymond: TV Detective", Roy Raymond, Jr. worked in similar ways to his famed grandfather, but didn't live up to the legacy of his family, disgracing his grandfather's legacy. However, he still was a skilled detective, even with his Manstalker program, and had respect from Batman, which led him to be chosen to use some of Bruce's tech and to join the Outsiders as Owlman. One of the few detectives Batman respects, Owlman won't let down this chance he has been given to do some good.
