A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Murmur (Michael Amar):

Once a prominent surgeon, Michael Amar snapped due to his schizophrenia, which led him to become a serial killer, hoping to silence the voices in his head by killing others and cutting out their tongues. Arrested by Officer Fred Chyre and Joe Jackham with help from Barry Allen's Flash, and Barry's testimony as a forensics officer, Amar was given the death penalty, but the abnormal nature of his blood prevented him from the death penalty by lethal injection. While in Iron Heights, he cut out his own tongue and sewed his mouth, becoming known as Murmur, a deadly Rogue for Wally West's Flash.
