A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Mr. Scarlet (Phineas "Pinky" Butler):

The adopted son of Brian Butler, the original Mr. Scarlet, Phineas "Pinky" Butler worked well with his dad as Pinky the Whiz Kid, bringing his creative intelligence as well as his training under Brian as his squire, as well as working as an office aide for Brian's work as a district attorney. When Brian eventually retired, Pinky stepped up to take on the mantle, continuing to fight crime in Fawcett City, alone, with the Marvel Family, or with the defunct Squadron of Justice.
