Fan Casting Metron in Return to the DC Universe

The New God of Knowledge, Metron is the current user of the Mobius Chair, created by Mobius the Anti-Monitor before his accepting his destiny. Usually neutral in the conflict between New Genesis and Apokolips, Metron often is observing the events of the universe, learning what he can to gain knowledge. He has had significant interest in Earth, viewing it as the potential Fifth World to come. After the Source had destroyed the New Gods, Metron still remained active as a spirit of sorts, but senses with the events in the main Multiverse of the greater Omniverse, the New Gods will return to this Multiverse.
