Fan Casting Lock-Up in Return to the DC Universe

Getting the boot from the GCPD Police Academy as well as many security jobs, Lyle Bolton became angered about the "revolving door" of justice that ESPECIALLY seemed prominent in Gotham City. Eventually having enough, Bolton donned a costume of his own and dubbed himself "Lock-Up", a master of incarceration and high tech security. Though he believes in his own twisted sense of justice, Lock-Up is tactically smart and dangerous, especially to ANY criminals in Gotham City... putting him at odds with Batman and his team.
