Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Livewire (Leslie Willis):

A shock jock who believed Superman wasn't truly altruistic, Leslie Willis would lose her job when her station manager cancelled her show. Always having the power of minor electrokinesis, Leslie would be struck by lightning on the roof of the station, absorbing so much energy to make her skin chalk white and her hair blue. Taking on the name Livewire, Leslie would battle Superman as well as other heroes. Due to her body causing a change in her brain chemistry, Superman used his old containment suit when he was pure energy to help Livewire, and recruiting her into the Supermen of America, to give her a chance to do some good.
