Fan Casting Kilg%re in Return to the DC Universe

A sentient computer virus from space, Kilg%re arrived on Earth and has shown his power to control all electrical systems, leading him to battle Wally West's Flash. At one point, Kilg%re would be trapped, leading him to working (unwillingly as well as against) the Justice League International. In recent years, Kilg%re has been able to take on a new form after working with an unusual crew of a zombified version of the first Gizmo and the Calculator, as he waits to exert his control over all computer systems on Earth.
