Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Joan Garrick:

Joan Garrick, née Williams, had been Jay Garrick's girlfriend for quite some time in his early days as the Flash, being wrapped up in his adventures now and then. When the two eventually got more serious, Jay revealed his secret to Joan, even as she had hinted she knew some about it. A very determined woman, Joan has stood by Jay's side even as he has gone through his fair share of insanity as a superhero, offering her love and support to Jay when he needs it.
