Fan Casting Hila in Return to the DC Universe

Mera's twin sister, also from Xebel, Hila was known as a troublemaker and skilled fighter and assassin when her focus was turned to hate for Atlantis by her father Ryus. Hila had confronted her sister once when she learned she didn't kill Aquaman, the current king of Atlantis, but would go back to Xebel. Years later, she would appear again, working with Black Manta to seek a map from Lucia, a former Xebellian who Black Manta had bed from their son, Jackson Hyde aka Kaldur'ahm, which led to their defeat and banishment to the Bermuda Triangle. But escaping... they scheme once more.
