Fan Casting Harvest in Return to the DC Universe

A hyper-evolved member of the Dominators, Harvest took his name due to his belief of cultivating the future of his species. After his experiments in time travel and research caused his evolution, Harvest bore witness to the end of the Dominion within a few centuries, due to the "scourge" of Earth's metahumans. Feeling the invasion done years ago helped this, Harvest has begun orchestrating a plan to adjust ALL time on Earth 0 to fit his aims, as he also seeks to study the metagene and end the threat of superheroes forever.
