A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Flow (USMC Major Dan Stone, Glob):

Like his fellow members of the Ultramarine Corps, Major Dan Stone was altered by the synthetic metagene that was used by General Wade Eiling on them. For Dan, he became Flow, a living "Aquaman", with his body becoming pure water all under his mental control. This has proven useful for the Ultramarine Corps during their international days, and it helps now with their return to work for the US government as a special task force for the Pentagon. A bit of a bruiser, Flow isn't without a joke now and then, especially given his situation!
