Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Equinox (Kal Zor-L, Kal Starr):

Impregnated by the ancient Lord of Chaos, Scarabus, from the magic of Arion, Power Girl didn't know what to expect from her son when he was born during the climax of Zero Hour. But she did all she could to raise her son, who would eventually use his magical powers to age himself to an adult to fight against Scarabus and destroy him. After this, Equinox disappeared, but has told his mother to "wake up". Now, he senses his mother will need him, and honoring her cousin, he has dubbed himself Kal... even as he is learning to awaken his Kryptonian heritage on top of his skills in magic.
