Synopsis

A return to the pre-Flashpoint Earth 0 of the DC Omniverse, showing how it and the multiverse it is tied to have changed thanks to events such as Convergence and the aftermath of Dark Knights Death Metal., exploring how it is a similar, but bold new world and remind fans of the old still standing with the new. Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Electrocutioner IV (Arnold Buchinsky):

The son of Lester Buchinsky, the third Electrocutioner and nephew to Jack Buchinsky, the first Electrocutioner, Arnold took up mechanical engineering after his mother gave him up at a young age. Showing aptitude for it, Arnold would eventually find one of his father's old hideouts, and learned of his tech as well as his death. Realizing what he could do to get back at the society that wronged him, Arnold enhanced the tech his father and uncle used, and when killing the second Electrocutioner, took the name for himself, waiting to make a name for himself.
