Fan Casting Doc Magnus in Return to the DC Universe

Under the tutelage of Dr. Thomas Oscar Morrow, Will Magnus became Earth's foremost expert on elementics, the synthesis of chemistry and robotics. With his work, he was able to create the Responsometer, a microcomputer able to animate inanimate objects, which he would use to create the fantastic Metal Men. Besides guiding the Metal Men, Doc Magnus has become a very prominent member of Earth's scientific community, even as he has dealt with his bipolar disorder and being used while working on Oolong Island.
