Fan Casting Chris King in Return to the DC Universe

During a time Robby Reed used the H-Dial to split himself into the benevolent Wizard and the malevolent Master, the H-Dial itself was also split, and given to two young friends, Chris King and Vicki Grant, allowing them to become superheroes when they punched in "H-E-R-O". Over time, Vicki lost herself to the power for a while, while Chris internalized the power of the H-Dial. Once, he would transform into different heroes every hour, but now, he is slowly, with the help of S.T.A.R. Labs San Francisco, learning he can tap into various metahuman powers, but only a few at a time.
