Fan Casting Chemo in Return to the DC Universe

Chemo was originally a huge plastic vessel, about twenty-five feet tall and roughly man-shaped, built by eccentric scientist Ramsey Norton to contain the chemical by-products from his failed experiments to better motivate him to eventual success. Though Norton meant well, eventually, the chemicals in Chemo gained sentience, leading him to battle the Metal Men as well as many other heroes. Though he can seem mindless, Chemo is intelligent, even as others can use him for their own purposes, like when he was dropped on Blüdhaven by the Secret Society.
