Fan Casting Bug-Eyed Bandit II in Return to the DC Universe

One of the children of the original Bug-Eyed Bandit, Bertram Larvan, after his father's death in the first Crisis, Bert and his sister Brie acquired their father's notes from his robotic insects and each began work to improve them. In his first outing as the second Bug-Eyed Bandit, Bert ended up feeling distraught running into Superman. Not deterred however, he began to make improvements on his father's tech, and now has had run-ins with Ray Palmer's Atom, as well as Ryan Choi's Atom too.
