Fan Casting Brother Blood in Return to the DC Universe

The current leader of the Church of Blood, who worships Trigon, the sadistic and vampiric Sebastian had killed his father, the previous Brother Blood, after he had been bested by Nightwing's Outsiders. Soon, he would rise to power and come face to face with the Teen Titans. Defeated and banished from this plane, Sebastian would return using Kid Eternity to form his own Titans West, until he was "killed" by Kid Eternity summoning his predecessors. Eventually returning, Sebastian has begun to reform the Church of Blood's ranks, and aims to bring Trigon back to this plane as well as vengeance against the Titans.
