Imagined as an animated epic, not live action.

Description of Blue Snowman (Byrna Brilyant):

Hailing from Fairy Weather Valley, Byrna Brilyant turned to a life of crime when her father had died working on a chemical called blue snow. Feeling that no one would truly respect her when she decided to get payback on the world and extort others, she made a suit of armor and became the Blue Snowman, which led her into conflict with Wonder Woman. A while back, Byrna battled Power Girl and Dr. Mid-Nite, ending up swallowed by a creature unleashed by Vartox, but even if she was thought killed, she barely saved herself with her blue snow... and is up to her usual mischief!
