Description of Amethyst, Princess of Gemworld (Amy Winston):

Amy Winston had no idea of her true origins. Growing up, she assumed she was a normal 13-year old girl, until she was met by the witch Citrina, and learned she was the princess of Gemworld, meant to save it from the threat of Dark Opal. When in Gemworld, Amy would regain her original name, Princess Amethyst, and be aged into an adult, splitting her time with Earth and Gemworld until she settled home. After Citrina's passing, Amethyst has become a powerful Lord of Order, and the only one known to survive into the tenth Age of Magic, following the second Crisis.
