Some returns are timely
A year after the previous film, Dorothy returns by accident to the Land of Oz, this time in the company of one of her uncle's chickens, Billina, who once there is able to speak. She will meet new colorful characters, before finding her dear friends and leaving with them, as well as with Queen Ozma, to try to negotiate peace with the Nome King. This one dreams of taking possession of Oz, and of taking revenge on the Tin Man for having cut off his arm a long time ago. Once again, it is unfortunately possible that diplomacy will not succeed in resolving this affair... but Dorothy's return is timely.
